‘Gay cake’ case arrives at European Court of Human Rights

The case of Gareth Lee against the UK government has arrived and begun it’s early stages through the European Court of Human Rights.

The Court set out a statement of facts and communicated the case to the UK government which now has until June 2020 to formally respond.
